Ms. Tara

In the heart of the vibrant Nashville music scene, I began my musical journey at the age of 15, secretly joining a rock band without my mother's knowledge. Little did I know, this clandestine start would pave the way for an extraordinary career in the diverse realms of music.

For eight years, I lent my voice to the soul-stirring hymns in church, forming the foundation of my vocal prowess. Soon after, I embarked on a tour as a contemporary Christian artist, sharing melodies that resonated with hearts far and wide. When the curtain fell on that chapter, the country music stage beckoned, a genre that felt like home to my distinctive voice.

For eight years, I stood in the spotlight as a backup singer, a hired contractor at Baird Studio in Nashville, harmonizing with some of the biggest names in country music. The allure of the road eventually lost its shine when I embraced the joys of motherhood, leading me to step away from the constant travel.

People often ask me why I didn't pursue a professional singing career when they hear my voice. The truth is, we didn't have shows like "The Voice" back then, and perhaps my story would have taken a different turn if we did. Regardless, the joy of music persisted, and I continued to collaborate with my eldest son, a bass-playing singer, even as he ventured into the world of performance.

Now, with my children grown, I'm here to share my experiences and vocal expertise with those aspiring to reach the pinnacle of their musical dreams. Training your voice, even with natural talent, requires hard work and dedication, but the journey is undeniably rewarding. So, if you're ready to take the stage, let's embark on this musical odyssey together!
